Some highlight images of the 2025 Port Alberni Funtastic Music Festival and Okee Dokee Slo-pitch softball tournament. The softball portion of the event is held at Echo Fields and consists of 12 softball diamonds. 

The music festival is held at Bob Daily Stadium, and outdoor venue used for large events and track and field sports. 

The softball tournament just celebrated its 35th year and hosts 80 teams over the Canada Day long weekend. All monies raises go back into the community. Teams are encouraged to wear costumes with one of the two trophies handed out being the best dressed team. The 2025 winners for best dressed were the "The Wizard of OZ". The second trophy award goes out to the Most Sportsman Like team. This years recipient was "Lil Pappas".

The music festival is held on two nights of the three day event. The first night was Saturday, June 28 with performances by "Jason Samson", "Joel Lee Band" and headliners "Completely Creedence". The second night was Sunday, June 29 with performances by "The Lorne Rangers", "Radio One" and headliners "Who Made Who".

This was my third year as the official photographer for this charitable event and I look forward to continuing is this role and growing with the them. As a photographer it is an honour to promote my community and be a small part of something very special.
